Dr. John L. Ashby III is an author, educator, Senior Pastor, speaker, and leadership practitioner whose work connects leadership theory with the realities of leading people. His experience spans ministry, higher education, communication, business, leadership, mentoring, and organizational development.
His writing asks leaders to look beyond position and examine what they bring into the room: their energy, character, communication, ability to develop others, willingness to create opportunity, and commitment to leave something meaningful behind.
